Father Gus Chrysson assumes the position of Interim Chaplain as of June 1, 2026. He works on the bishop's staff and is the bishop's "Canon for Formation," which includes overseeing campus ministry in the diocese. He will be instrumental in hiring the next permanent Chaplain. In the meantime, he is excited about serving as campus minister here at UM. Fr. Gus has prior experiene as a college chaplain at NYU in Manhattan.
